OREGON SPIRIT CHORUS is a community of innovative and passionate women united through our love of singing and performing, dedicated to musical excellence and lifelong learning, and inspired by the bonds of friendships and the
joy of creating harmony.

September 18, 2018

We invite all women to come and enjoy an evening of singing!  You'll get to participate in a group voice lesson to strengthen your vocal skills, learn a fun and easy song, sing with the 36-voice chorus, meet lots of other awesome women who love singing together, and enjoy some yummy refreshments.  You can bring your singing (female) friends and make it a girls' night of music!

Here's the schedule for the evening:

5:50    Arrive and get checked in (name tag, handouts, music)
6:00    Voice Lesson - breath support, resonance, etc.
7:00    Voice placement to determine what part you'll sing, then chorus warmups
7:30    Oregon Spirit Chorus sings for you, then learn "Sweet Dreams" with the chorus
8:30    Refreshments and getting acquainted

Regular rehearsals are from 7:00-9:30 each week, followed by a fun "afterglow" for some additional social time.  We'd love for you to join us!

Give yourself the gift of SINGING!
Guaranteed positive impact on your life!

If you're interested, send a note to:  kathy.scheel@oregonspirit.org  so we'll have plenty of instructional handouts and sheet music for you.
